1. Lateral Lunge 2. Lateral Bosu Jump/Land 3. Step Back Lunge 4. Landing Mechanics 5. Single Leg Slide Outs 6. Split Squat 7. Single Leg Russian Dead Lift 8. Single Leg Balance With Toe Touch TIPS: *ensure good hip --> knee --> foot alignment (use a mirror!) *try not to let your knee drift over your toes in single leg squats (this may mean you need to shift your weight back into your heel) *don't forget about your core - engaging your abdominals is key to good balance Know someone who could use these?
